Our research using Neural Networks and Non-Linear Math has produced steadier results for our programs over the past several quarters. Our improved "equity stream," combined with outperformance relative to other asset classes (stocks, bonds) -- has led to an increase in clients and assets. The difficult economic environment over the recent years has shown investors that other asset classes like managed futures can help balance their portfolios when stocks decline. We are receiving an increasing number of calls for our programs -- especially our Non-Linear Financial Program and CARAT's Global Interest Rate Program. Note that the difficult markets have taught us to manage our programs conservatively. Our investors, if they desire, may use leverage for our programs, increasing the risk and return profile of their investment. CARAT is pleased to announce that it has been included in the MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International) Hedge Fund Index. We believe that this recognition shows the stability of our organization.
